Just 4 miles to Disney.  This beautifully furnished 5 Bedroom/4Bath  home will make the ideal base for your Florida vacation! The owners have spared no expense in providing comfort and quality to make this villa your “Home away from Home”!  It features a large family gathering area, dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast area.  Located in the prestigious development of Indian Creek, the community facilities include a tennis court, children’s playground, putting green and multi-purpose courts. 

The villa boasts 3 master bedrooms with ensuite facilities.  Two of the master suites have a king-size bed and open directly on to the pool lanai.  The other master suite has a queen size bed.  You’ll find a queen size pull-out sofa in the great room and all bedrooms have cable TV.

 This villa truly “HAS IT ALL” including… laundry room with iron & ironing board, Games Room, 24 hour internet access, safe to store valuables, kiddie-safe fenced pool area with expanded sun deck.

The Pool Area
Private, screened lanai features oversized kidney-shaped pool & waterfall-stepped spa.  Extended deck area faces southwest for plenty of “sunning” on the chaise lounges that are provided.  Covered lanai area offers inviting upgraded padded patio furniture, barbeque, and an unsurpassed serene view of wooded conservation lands.

The Main Living Areas
An open & airy atmosphere with soaring cathedral ceilings welcomes you into the free-flowing main living areas furnished with designer décor. The kitchen/dinette/dining room/great room, are all open allowing for a wonderful entertaining area.  The gathering/great room features a large screen TV, DVD/CD/VCR/Stereo for family enjoyment. Ceiling fans, central air-conditioning and a patio door opening onto the lanai cool you down after a day in the hot Florida sun. There is a selection of DVD’s, VCR tapes, board games & books to enjoy.

The kitchen offers both an eat-in dinette area seating six and a breakfast bar open to the great room.  Fully-equipped with a self-cleaning range, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and all you will need to whip up a gourmet meal!  The formal dining room seats 6-8 persons.

The Bedrooms
All three ensuite master bedrooms are uniquely situated for privacy, each in their own “corner” of the home.  The “kids” bedrooms are next to each other and share a bath.

“Tuscan Treasures”- After a hectic day at the parks, relax in the rich, warm tones of this king-bedded master suite.  Soak your tired feet in the oversized private bath which also offers a dual-sink vanity and separate shower when you enter directly from the pool lanai. Situated for privacy, you will also have a walk-in closet with safe for your valuables, telephone, clock radio and  cable TV for private entertainment when you want to “get away from it all”.

“Bombay Breezes”- British Colonial furnishings will take you away to another place and time when you enter this master suite fitted with a king-size bed.  Additional amenities of this room include, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan,cable TV, telephone, clock radio, patio door opening directly onto lanai, and private bath with shower.

“English Garden”- A dramatic circle-top window is the centerpiece of this master bedroom suite and lets the light shine into this quiet haven fitted with a queen bed. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, cable TV, and private bath with bathtub round out the amenties of the suite. 




“Come Sail Away”- The nautical inspiration of this bedroom will delight the kid in everyone!  Stylishly  furnished with two twin beds, cable TV,  clock radio,ceiling fan, and computer desk with 24 hour internet access.

“Calling All Mousketeers”- What would a vacation home be without a Disney bedroom for the kids.  This kid’s retreat is complete with a unique bunk bed set-up that offers a full size lower (sleeps 2) and a twin upper bunk. Punctuated with lots of Disney stuffed animals, a toy chest, cable TV and playstation, children’s books, ceiling fan and clock radio.
