  Our Rate Includes:
  • Heated Spa
  • Games Room
  • Hi-Speed Internet Connection
  • Private, Scenic Conservation View

Additional Charges:

  • Pool Heat is available on request at a rate of $40/Night or $200/week
  • Stays of less than 7 days require a separate $85 Cleaning Fee
  • Reservations crossing over different pricing periods will be pro-rated by night
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed in Casa Amici and must be confined to the patio and outside area

Cancellations & Refunds

  • The security deposit and any payments made will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 31 days prior to the check-in date.
  • For all cancellations made less than 31 days prior to the check-in date:
    - 35-15 days from arrival date:  full forfeiture of deposit
    - 14-2 days from arrival date: full forfeiture of deposit + 2 nights rental
    - 0-2 days  from arrival date and "No Shows":  full payment of rental
